Special Edition– Please Read Now

My friend Lorne Kelton is a very special guy who has just finished a very special short movie with a very special message. Several very special messages, actually. The short movie tells of a homeless man who finds good homes for homeless dogs.

I’d encourage you to watch it, but please ASAP. As it happens Lorne’s film is currently in a film festival and has a chance to go on to the finals. It needs my support, and yours, which you can do simply by “liking” the Facebook entry (https://www.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid0DGCtYhH9QpXturNxXNVG3xwrosrSpYUSYcgXYunWy6WdBQpvzStG6eVWCigp5vtPl&id=100068657946592&post_id=100068657946592_pfbid0DGCtYhH9QpXturNxXNVG3xwrosrSpYUSYcgXYunWy6WdBQpvzStG6eVWCigp5vtPl&eav=AfYn6qKj7KqJt04dPzxssd9MLMFYOC6g4pu8YMJ_zB2mvPDy-tE4F17cqRy981qmw6Q&m_entstream_source=feed_mobile&paipv=0&_rdr) , then clicking on the Youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOTrMJAYZco) . Contest ends May 31.

If you like touching short stories, dogs, gorgeous cinematography, and hopeful messages lifted out of the gritty streets of old Montreal, you’ll love this, and want to send it on!

Twelve minutes of joy and wonder.

Please watch, please support by “liking” on Facebook and watching on Youtube. And pass this on! (http://us12.forward-to-friend.com/forward?u=c5b0c09025ad045bf11bb02f5&id=cfb7ba3538&e=[UNIQID])

Houston, we have a problem. As serial adulterer Attorney General Ken Paxton introduces legislation to ensure every Texas school child invokes God’s blessing by reciting the Lord’s Prayer, there’s this one small difficulty. And of course, the same problem shows up anywhere religion is officially mandated. Actually, there are several problems, but first the main…

The human mind is an amazing thing, and we don’t give ourselves enough credit. Take something as simple as reading and understanding text.
